I'm a 25 year old, proud native american transexual currently living and working in southeastern Wisconsin. After being born in Aurora, IL, I spent most of my childhood, and all of my teenage years in southeastern Missouri. My very first times in front of an audience were there, in the Missouri bootheel, and I will forever remain grateful to the more experienced girls there who took me under their wing and helped me find my way.
I won my very first title in May of 2001, Miss Independence Place, in Cape Girardeau, MO, which remains one of my fondest memories. You never forget your first time, they say!
I spent several years in Memphis, TN, where I was fortunate enough to have a spot on a weekly showcast. This enabled me to polish my look, while experimenting with different performance styles until I finally found my own unique form of expression.
I've now been in Wisconsin for a year, and have been accepted much more than I ever could have hoped. In November, I entered the Miss Gay Wisconsin USofA pageant, representing the Miss Rainbow Over Wisconsin pageant. I was (and still am) thrilled to learn that I would be representing Wisconsin at this year's Miss Gay USofA pageant, to be held in Dallas, TX in May.
On closing, I simply wish to thank each and every one of you who have given me your support. I love my fans, and truly appreciate you coming out to allow me to entertain you week after week. It's the audience that I do this for, and I hope to still be entertaining all of you for years to come.
Much Love,
Miami Richards
